I love this excavator, it arrived exactly as described. This was my first time using Alibaba and I was very hesitant and cautious as what to expect on such a large purchase such as this one, but now I’m sold on using Alibaba and will use it and recommend it to others.Bella was very helpful throughout the whole purchasing process of this excavator and I wouldn’t of done it without using her. She was very knowledgeable about the product and if she didn’t know the answer she would reach out to the engineers and get an answer fast. She answered all my questions night and day and even on the weekends, I swear I think she lives on the App.
